I've spent the last few years learning what AI can actually do. Now I build it for companies.
I've used AI every day since late 2022. Through the hype, through the quiet, through every new platform and model. When AI agents finally matured, that daily learning turned into working systems and 30+ shipped projects.
Most businesses have only seen one corner of the room. The gap between what they know and what is actually possible is still huge. I close that gap.
What shaped the work
Systems thinking first. Then execution.
I have always been drawn to systems: how things connect, where they break, where time disappears, and why one weak process can quietly shape the whole business.
Before AI, I spent seven years at Nordea — including leading a year-long migration of operations from Finland to Poland. Planning, training, handover, operational discipline. Today, companies need to do the same migration. The destination is not Poland anymore. It is AI. The work is the same.
That background shapes how I approach every project. Understand the operating system first. Then decide what to change.
What I do now
I close the gap between the demo and the real business.
Most companies have seen a chatbot. Fewer have seen a knowledge system, a background automation layer, or a custom internal tool built for their actual workflow.
The work is simple in principle: sit down with the company, understand how it really runs, and build the first AI system that changes it. Not slides. Not jargon. Working systems.
